The company entered into a second lease agreement in Portland Oregon. The company announced it had a disagreement with the landlord and decided to not move forward with the Portland location. The company is in the process of transferring ownership and locations for a Tier 1 Marijuana Producers License to its Hillsboro location. The company has also applied for processing and wholesale licenses.
MedMen Enterprises Inc. (OTCQX: MMNFF) announced it completed the sale of two properties with gross proceeds of 33.5 million and net proceeds of 30.6 million after repayment of debt. The company has freed up 49 million to invest directly into their growth initiatives, according to Adam Bierman CEO. The stock had a wild ride in 2018 but seems to be stabilizing in 2019.
